Welcome to our Sugar Land Counseling Practice !

Is constant worry or lack of sleep making you feel helpless?

Feeling overwhelmed or exhausted and finding it difficult to focus?

Are you dealing with a difficult person, or stressed out by family life?

There is hope and it begins here. At Motivations Counseling, we understand the struggles you face in your day-to-day life. When you are ready to talk, we are here for you.

We enjoy working with individuals and couples. Our clients come to us for many different reasons, but the most common ones are: overcoming symptoms of stress and anxiety, improving marital and family relationships, communication skills, parenting challenges, implementing boundaries with extended family, managing blended marriages and families, and building self-confidence.

Along with mindfulness and cognitive restructuring skills, we use techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT, and EMDR which are empirically-based treatments proven to be effective for treatment of many psychological issues.

We provide a safe, confidential place to explore how you can achieve a more meaningful life. We want to help you to resolve emotional issues of the past and the present.  Together, we can open the door to you finding a brighter and more confident future.
