A Telehealth Therapy session is a one-on-one video conferencing call similar to Skype or Facetime, but requires a HIPAA-compliant platform that protects your data privacy in that all audio/video communication is securely encrypted and transmitted from point-to-point.
If you are experiencing a true emergency, don't schedule a Telehealth session with a therapist. Instead you should call 9-1-1 immediately.
Texas Law requires that you sign and date a Telehealth Informed Consent form prior to your initial Telehealth session.
If you did not sign a consent form, click on one of the following to give your consent electronically. The form will display in a new browser tab. Enter the required information and click the Submit button. Return here to enter your therapist's Waiting Room:
- Telehealth Informed Consent - Individuals/Teens (For teens, a parent or guardian must complete this form)
- Telehealth Informed Consent - Couples
