Motivations Counseling may send SMS (text) messages to registered users of its
ArrivalLink system for operational and informational purposes.
These messages may include:
- Appointment arrival notifications (for example, when a client checks in)
- Operational alerts related to scheduling and workflow
- One-time verification codes for account setup or device registration
Message frequency varies depending on appointment activity and system usage.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages by entering their
phone number and agreeing to receive messages during registration.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For assistance, users may reply HELP.
SMS messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
