Our office is easy to access from US-59 / I-69 and Highway 90-A. We provide counseling, EMDR therapy, immigration psychological evaluations, and related mental health services by appointment.

Our office is on the third floor inside the Regus™ Williams Trace Business Center, Suite 300. When you arrive, please let the receptionist know that you are there for an appointment with Motivations Counseling.

Motivations Counseling is located in the Commerce Green One building. The parking garage is located on Commerce Green Boulevard and is accessible from the frontage road near US-59 / I-69.
Please allow a few extra minutes for parking, entering the building, and checking in at the reception area.

Use the directions below based on whether you are traveling from the Richmond/Rosenberg area or from Houston.
From Southwest via US-59 / I-69
- Take US-59 / I-69 North toward Sugar Land.
- Take the exit toward Dairy Ashford Road / Sugar Creek Boulevard.
- Make a U-turn at Sugar Creek Boulevard.
- Continue on the US-59 frontage road.
- Turn right onto Commerce Green Boulevard.
- The Commerce Green One building parking garage will be on the right.
From Northeast via US-59 / I-69
- Take US-59 / I-69 South toward Sugar Land.
- Take the exit toward Sugar Creek Boulevard / Dairy Ashford Road.
- Continue on the frontage road past Dairy Ashford Road.
- Turn right onto Commerce Green Boulevard.
- The Commerce Green One building parking garage will be on the right.
