Schedule the Evaluation
Clients may be scheduled for in-person, telehealth, or phone-based evaluation options when clinically appropriate and available.
Submit Intake Forms
Clients complete online paperwork before the appointment so the clinician can prepare for the evaluation and understand relevant history.
Clinical Interview
Most evaluations include one structured 60–90 minute clinical interview with a licensed therapist.
Report Preparation
The clinician prepares a written immigration psychological evaluation report based on clinical findings and case-related concerns.
Report Delivery
Reports are typically delivered within 4–5 days, with 48-hour expedited delivery sometimes available for an added fee.

The Referral Portal is designed for secure submission of referral information, USCIS documents, affidavits, deadlines, and other case details that may help us understand the purpose and scope of the evaluation.
Please ensure the client has given permission before sending case-related information. During intake, clients are asked to sign a release allowing communication with their attorney.

Payment Flexibility

How can I send client case information securely?
Use the Referral Portal to securely upload USCIS documents, affidavits, deadlines, and other information relevant to the case. Please ensure you have the client’s permission to send case-related information.
What is the cost of the evaluation and report?
The cost of an evaluation is typically $650 in English. This includes one clinical assessment appointment of up to 90 minutes with a licensed therapist and preparation of the written USCIS-ready report. Additional options may be available for interpreters and expedited delivery.
Do you offer volume-based discounts?
Volume-based discounts may be available for multiple referrals. The evaluation fee may include attorney consultation before and after the evaluation as needed to help ensure the report is useful to the case.
How quickly can my client get an appointment?
We schedule clients as soon as possible after receiving the request and completed paperwork. In some cases, same-day evaluation availability may be possible after intake forms are complete.
How long does it take to receive the report?
Reports are typically completed within 4–5 days. Depending on caseload and urgency, 48-hour expedited report delivery may be available for an added fee.
Do you have sample client reports?
Yes. Redacted sample reports may be available for attorney review, including examples for I-601A, U Visa, T Visa, and VAWA evaluations.

We have dedicated staff for immigration evaluations and may contract with trained, trusted therapists when volume increases. Reports are reviewed to support quality, consistency, and completeness.
Do you bill the client directly, or can the attorney pay?
We generally accept payment from the client, but payment may be submitted by another authorized payer when the customer name clearly identifies who the payment is being made for.
