We offer professional immigration psychological evaluations to support individuals and families navigating the immigration process anywhere in the State of Texas
The types of immigration cases we evaluate for include:
- Hardship Vaivers (I-601, I-601A) - Demonstrating the emotional and psychological impact of separation from a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident family member
- Violance Aganst Women Act (VAWA) - Supporting survivors of domestic abuse in their self-petition for legal status
- U-Visa Waivers - Documenting the psychological effects of crime victimization for those seeking protection in the U.S.
- T-Visa Waivers - Providing evaluations for survivors of human trafficking
Although there are other types of immigration cases, our licensed clinicians only focus on the types listed above. We conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments and provide datailed, confidential reports tailored to meet the requirements of USCIS.
We understand that this process can be stressful, and we are committed to offerring compassionate, trauma-informed, professional support to help strengthen your case.

All of our intake and assessment forms are filled out online and our licenced therapists can easily conduct the evaluation via a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform.
We have bilingual therapists and interpreters that can conduct assessments in your native language!
Our therapists are available to talk to you with short notice often with same-day appointments. Contact us today to schedule an evaluation.
