Meet Olivia Pudlo

Motivations Counseling Welcomes A New Therapist !

Olivia Pudlo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for individuals. She is a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (TF-CBT) and is also a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.

Olivia counsels both teens and adults, providing a safe space in which to talk. She uses a variety of well-established modalities in her therapy practice including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parent Management Therapy (PMT)

She is now accepting new clients at our Sugar Land Office located at 14090 Southwest Fwy, Suite 300.

20/20 Report on EMDR

EMDR, which is an acronym for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, works well for trauma response. We’ve used it successfully here at Motivations Counseling with a number of our clients. There are numerous studies that point to the effectiveness of this unique therapy treatment.
